After our initial consultation, we create exclusive marketing plans for each of our selling clients based on the community, comparative marketing analysis, etc. For buyers, we tailor our property search process and negotiations to your wants/needs.

We have a very "all hands on deck" approach with each of our clients. Regardless of how many clients we are working with at one time, we want to make sure all of your needs and questions are promptly addressed. Throughout your process, Debi and Ann will both be working with you each step of the way. Ann is an expert at finding the perfect home for you if you're buying or being an expert about your community if you're selling. Debi specializes in the negotiations and paperwork involved with closing a deal as well as resolving any issues that come up along the way.
