What many of our clients don't initially realize is we cover all of the marketing costs and efforts when you're selling your home. The process is very dynamic because you're feedback is extremely important to us - it's your home after all!.
Pricing Your Home
After we tour your home, we'll run a comparative market analysis, determine any potential fixes that can be done to increase the value of the home, keep your desired sales price in mind, and come up with a listing price. Once there's an agreement on the price, we can get to the fun parts of marketing.
Initial house tour
Part of our initial consultation with you involves us touring your home to better understand all of its features, the neighborhood, etc. This not only helps us more accurately price your home but it presents the opportunity to learn more about you and what you love about your property.
Staging your home
One of the best things you can do to bring your home to life is staging it. Whether you do this on your own or hire a professional, creating a visual story is a vital marketing strategy as it allows prospects who either see your photos/video or tour your house in person envision themselves living in your home.
Professional Photography
No need to worry about taking your own photos, we've got you covered. Our professional photographer will come to your home and use their expertise to show prospects just how wonderful your home is. Video Tours of Home
Our photographer just so happens to be skilled in videography. During the same photo session, we'll take a full video tour of your home to give potential buyers a variety of different ways to fall in love with it. You will be able review all of the photos/videos prior to us making the listing active.
Create Flyers
Once we have all of the amazing photos put together, it's time to create a collage showcasing the best angles of the home. We'll also decide what details we want to outline and the callouts to include in the summary.
List the House
We'll put together the details, photos, and videos on the MLS and officially list the house. Once everything is live, we'll continue to coordinate with you to schedule open houses and house tours.
