"We were the first offer in and we got the location we wanted."

WOW, what an amazing experience we had with Ries Realty! We were leaving town for a while and I asked them to keep an eye out for a house in a very particular area. As they were not familiar with that specific area, they made a special trip out there and introduced themselves to several homeowners and asked about the housing availability. They continued to watch for any homes on that street to open and followed any that might go up for sale, keeping us informed the entire time.

The first home to go on the market took nearly 8 months but with Ries Realty's help, we were the first offer in and we got the location we wanted. Thanks to their watchful persistence we/they did it!

Ries Realty provided us with wonderful service when selling two properties for my parents. Ann and Debi truly went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways. I appreciated the extra time they spent helping my ailing father work through the terms of the deals and their patience as they explained their marketing strategies to us. I was particularly impressed with the different strategies Ann and Debi used for marketing our two properties, one being a view condo in downtown Everett, and the other a single-family home in a residential Snohomish neighborhood.

They provided great resources and data to help us understand who our customer was for each property, which in turn helped us make decisions on upgrades and repairs to give us the best return on our investment. In the case of the condo, they successfully took us from a situation where we might have lost money to one where we were able to turn a significant profit. In both cases, we were thrilled with the results, selling both properties at or above asking price only after a few days on the market. Well done!

Debi & Ann are the best! I had fallen in love with a property that was on the market for 3 days, we had scheduled an appointment for that next day and found out right before that it went pending. They knew how much we wanted the house and were so sweet about breaking the bad news. Ann found several other great places but still nothing compared to the the one we loved. About 2 weeks later and, after patiently taking us through many other options, she called to let us know that our dream home had just come back on the market! We toured the house and made an offer that night.

It is our immense pleasure to recommend Ann and Debi Ries as real estate agents for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We moved from Denver to Washington where we build a home in Pierce county. My father was diagnosed with alzheimer's shortly after. So we decided to move to Snohomish county. We previously have had less than desirable experiences with realtors. This was not at all the case with Debi and Ann.

Ann had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. Debi is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs, yet they both tirelessly showed us home after home. There is nothing that escapes Debi's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.

We found Debi and Ann to be highly attentive agents, almost as if we were their only customers, although we know that was not the case. They returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. They are also highly personable with an engaging personality.

We are pleased to recommend Ries Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They are hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again they will be our first choice in real estate agents.

I met Debi through a friend and shared that we weren’t quite ready yet, but we were interested in a house that had just popped onto the market. She had us in there the next day and had a very competitive offer written immediately. That home was sold almost instantly, for a cash offer. Meanwhile, our financing fell through and we struggled to secure what we needed for a house that would fit our needs for a large family. She worked tirelessly with us to help find a solution for our financing needs. Once that was accomplished, we quickly found our dream home. It was not an easy process though, as our dream home was in the last weeks of foreclosure, then went to the bank through auction and we had to start the process over. We had tried to make an offer before it was foreclosed, and we even went to the auction to see who bought the home – and Debi went with us! She was with us every step of the way.

Our house needed some work and she made sure every concern was adequately investigated so that we could clearly assess if it was work we could do. We wanted to make sure there were no surprises! We were able to finally close on our house, and let me tell you, it was probably one of the most amazing experiences of our life!

I don’t think we were the easiest clients, with our need to get financing that would work, and then a house large enough to fit our family. Then, our beautiful home we wanted was going through foreclosure, then auction and then bank-owned and then several other competitive offers once it was back on the market. This was definitely a challenging process and I think quite frankly, much more challenging than most. I don’t know that we would have wound up in this home, without Debi’s absolute dedication to making sure we were successful. At every step, she showed not just that dedication, but also professionalism and a lot of knowledgeable insight into a complex process. We realize how incredibly blessed we were to have her for our realtor!

As stressed out as I was, I was equally grateful that Debi was CONSISTENTLY quick to respond, on top of things, and did not hesitate to investigate any question or avenue we wanted to consider. We are absolutely happy to recommend this team!
